In this role, your mission is to drive business success by delivering operational HR excellence and employee support for the Desoutter, Industrial Assembly& Machine Vision Solutions Customer Centers in Mexico, ensuring compliance, people development, talent management and an outstanding employee experience, while supporting transformational leadership initiativies (e.g. leading & thriving in change, psychological safety) in the Industrial Technique Business Area in Mexico. Together with your HR colleagues, you will generate synergies and drive impactful people initiatives across the ITBA organizations in Mexico.

Your day-to-day
- Hire to retire operations for two two dinamic organizations within ITBA Mexico
- Recruitment & talent acquisition
- Attracting, developing, and retaining key talent
- Diverse, future-oriented talent pipeline (especially fieldsales & fieldservice)
- Trainee program management & university collaboration




- Onboarding & HR documentation
- Learning & training coordination
- Employee relations
- Alignment of bestpractices with other HRBPs
