As part of its continued expansion in Mexico, the company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a new complex manufacturing operation.

Job Description
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility. This position will oversee all plant functions, including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EHS, and Materials Management,



ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer successful candidate will bring a strong combination of electrical manufacturing and metal-mechanical manufacturing experience, with expertise managing engineered-to-order, project-driven, or high-mix/low-volume operations.
- Lead all plant operations, ensuring performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Inventory, and Customer Satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and execute the site operating strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive accountability, operational discipline, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Lead manufacturing operations involving sheet metal fabrication, welding, structural assembly, industrial painting, mechanical assembly, electrical installation, wiring, controls integration, testing, and final product integration.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Program Management teams to ensure manufacturing readiness for new products, customer projects, and capacity expansion initiatives.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), production transfers
