Role OverviewWe are looking for a Strategic Finance (Senior) Manager to own Nelo's financial modeling engine. This is the core quantitative role within Strategic Finance: you will be responsible for the company model, all scenario planning, and the tooling that helps leadership and operators understand where growth is headed, how revenue is tracking,
and what the business looks like under different assumptions.
Approximately 50-60% of your time will be spent modeling. The rest will be spent translating model outputs into clear, decision-ready communication for founders, board, and senior management. This role is instrumental for the Company’s storytelling and is core to the creation of board decks and corporate presentations.
This is not a reporting role. You will own the underlying assumptions and input variables, monitor them in near real time, and update the model as the business evolves. You will know why every line moves before anyone asks.
