Responsibilities

Take ownership of designing, developing,



testing and fixing web applications while prioritizing speed and stability
Roll out additional features and improvements that build upon what current products already deliver
Piece together new components for the system and bring external tools into the existing setup to keep pace with changing organizational needs
Stick to accepted coding practices and contribute meaningfully to reviewing teammates' code submissions
Treat quality as a top priority across the entire span of the development process
Carry out comprehensive validation throughout development to make sure completed work satisfies established criteria and quality expectations
Examine backlog entries thoroughly during grooming conversations to fully grasp vigente project necessities
Play a part in shoring up and sustaining the current infrastructure to enhance stability and prepare for future expansion
Take turns being on-call
