About The Role
You will be a part of the pre-sales team within LATAM. You will be working with Group-IB customers and partners around the whole region to ensure a successful understanding of Group-IB products and services. As a technical advisor to the client, you will have to make sure about the successful operation of solutions and provide both technical and sales support to the team.
YOUR MISSION
Participate in pre-sales activities, including but not limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD); building BOQ; writing proposals; and delivering product-specific presentations, technical training & seminars for channel partners and clients.
Build strategic relationships with various internal stakeholders, including field sales, channel and partners managers, and other pre-sales professionals, engineering teams, and marketing to drive, generate and support business development activities.
Provide strong client engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and mapping them with Group-IB’s products
Define and manage client expectations regarding the outcomes and deliverables of proposed services and solutions.
