We are seeking a leader to join our marketing team supporting all things Web and Digital Experience for across three distinct and dynamic brands: Sequoia, Transform and SemperVirens. In this role you will define and drive the strategy of compelling digital experiences that attract, inspire, engage,



and convert prospective targets for each business.This role requires a high level of collaboration with teams across Marketing, Product, Web Engineering, and Creative to develop shared goals, translate business objectives into long-term roadmaps, and deliver cohesive customer experiences.An idóneo candidate has a track record of owning the strategy and execution of sophisticated, cross-functional web strategies in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a customer-centric approach, take an analytic approach to problem-solving and have a strong understanding of what data drives impact.In this role, you can expect to:
