Key Responsibilities
- Email Copywriting: Write compelling cold email sequences that capture attention and drive replies. Craft subject lines, follow-ups, and value-driven messaging tailored to each client’s ICP. Test variations and continuously refine copy based on campaign data.
- AI Personalization & Prompt Writing: Develop effective AI prompts using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to personalize outreach at scale. Ensure tone, context,



and messaging are adapted for each prospect while maintaining brand voice.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with the team to resolve client requests quickly and efficiently. Strategize with internal and client teams on how to integrate cold email campaigns into overall GTM strategies.
- Targeting & Research: Identify and define ideal customer profiles (ICP) for each client. Use list-building tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Apollo to create segmented, high-quality prospect lists.
- Campaign Setup & Optimization: Configure and monitor campaigns in tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Apollo. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better deliverability and engagement.
