Position SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and processing customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner, as well as coordinating responses to these requirements through the various areas of the organization to ensure the follow-up of sales orders.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
