Job DescriptionThe Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)



Construction Manager is responsible for analyzing electromechanical and special installations for hotel construction projects, verifying compliance with project technical specifications, hospitality brand standards, and Mexican legislation norms, as well as elaborating, controlling reports, and monitoring contractor performance, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
The MEP Construction Manager works across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and special systems disciplines and is responsible for direct, day-to-day monitoring of the work site, ensuring alignment with hotel operational requirements, guest experience standards, and project delivery timelines.

QualificationsEducation/Experience:
- 10 of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager or MEP Construction Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on hotel, hospitality, or mixed-use
