The role is part of the COO domain function and reports to the Integral Delivery Director. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the local client stakeholders, the Fadata Sofia and Mexico delivery team,



and the assigned Project Manager to ensure strong execution, clear communication, and hands-on delivery leadership.
Your responsibilitiesThe Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery, client coordination, and operational follow-through across the implementation lifecycle.
Main responsibilities include:
- Act as the local delivery lead for Fadata in Mexico, ensuring close collaboration with the client and internal delivery teams.
- Work closely with the Fadata Sofia team, including the Project Manager, business analysts, technical teams, configuration teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of core insurance platform implementation activities.
- Ensure clear communication between the client, local stakeholders, and Fadata’s central delivery organization.
