We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee campus logistics operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across facilities.

What is your role?

As a Logistics Manager, you will lead warehousing, shipping, transportation, inventory control, and trade compliance activities while supporting operational efficiency and service levels.

Major responsibilities and tasks
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and carrier coordination.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking, cycle counts, replenishment, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with shipping, import/export, customs, and trade regulations.
- Lead logistics staff and drive process improvements to improve efficiency, cost, and service.

What do you need to have?
- Experience in logistics,



warehouse operations, shipping, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and shipping/trade compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience withSAP warehousingandPrisma customs systemis a plus.
