About the roleAs the SAP Manufacturing (PTD) Lead, you will own the general design, governance, deployment, optimization, and support of Carrier's Manufacturing and production planning processes across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integrated platforms. You'll act as the functional owner of Manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment between business requirements,



digital strategy, and enterprise architecture — driving the digital transformation that keeps our global operations connected and efficient.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an SAP Expert Manufacturing, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the global SAP PTD roadmap and template governance
- Defining and maintaining standardized procurement processes across Carrier operations
- Owning the end‑to‑end manufacturing and planning solution landscape, including demand planning integration, MRP, production planning, shop floor execution, scheduling, BOM management, and manufacturing process optimization
- Driving SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and digital transformation programs
