What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to create urgent Bills of Materials (BOMs) with a fast turnaround time.
- Oversee the BOM creation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.




- Enter BOMs and solutions into the ERP system and follow up to guarantee fast execution across departments.
- Manage multiple priorities and open items while maintaining a clear understanding of project urgency.
- Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Who We’re Looking for
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (technical high proficiency) and Salesforce (SFDC).
- advanced verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- A proactive approach to research and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
- Experience in project management with a clear understanding of processes and priorities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
