Role Purpose
The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting all information technology operations within the plant or manufacturing site. The role ensures reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and production‑related technologies that support daily plant operations. The IT Supervisor coordinates technical support, supervises personnel or service providers, minimizes system downtime, and works closely with production, engineering, and other departments to maintain seamless technology performance. The supervisor also supports design, development,



and deployment of digital transformation AI and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily IT operations to ensure smooth support for production and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of plant‑related systems such as ERP terminals, barcode scanners, production monitoring systems, time‑keeping devices, and other operational technologies.
- Build strong working relationships within the IT digital team and across manufacturing and business functions.
- Support the maintenance, enhancement, and success of existing digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with IT Digital and Data Analytics leadership and project stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain operational support levels against established metrics.
- Integrate the IT organization and systems into day‑to‑day plant operations and work with plant staff on team‑based decisions that support overall efficiency.
