Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for providing full project management services and on-site construction oversight on retail construction projects, including new store builds, remodels, and tenant improvements, and to support the client as client representative in delivering successful project outcomes within aggressive schedules and operational constraints.
- Assisting the client Project Manager (PM) as required – including oversight of multiple concurrent retail construction efforts and coordination across store rollout programs
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing input on site feasibility, phasing strategies, store opening requirements, and approaches to successfully achieve the client’s overall brand, cost, and schedule objectives.
