Job Description
- Coordinate the work of customs brokers/runners, administrative staff, and operations personnel at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal, as applicable, ensuring they fulfill their responsibilities according to their job descriptions and that all operations are processed in compliance with established Customs Compliance requirements.
- Maintain direct contact with warehouses, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
- Coordinate activities with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure that pre-inspections (Previos) are scheduled and that handling service requests are properly arranged.
- Verify documentation and ensure timely compliance with customs clearance processes.
- Support operational activities related to customs
