About the RolePavago is hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based e-commerce and live selling business. The company operates across multiple online platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot, and is focused on building a strong Live Seller Community alongside its product distribution business.
We are looking for a highly organized Business Assistant who can support day-to-day operations, manage content and livestream schedules, assist with customer communication, and help build systems that improve business efficiency.
This is an execution-focused role where the right candidate will help keep multiple moving parts organized while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLivestream Operations
- Schedule and coordinate weekly livestreams on platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot
- Manage livestream scheduling and team payroll using Homebase
- Support operational logistics for live selling sessions
Content & Community Management
- Maintain a structured content calendar across X, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Support the growth of the owner’s personal brand and the Live Seller Community
- Help manage and engage members of the Live Selling Academy
Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email across platforms including TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi
- Ensure fast, professional responses and strong customer experience
- Monitor and resolve common support questions
Operational Support
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding returns and operational updates
- Track inventory issues and support product operations on Amazon
- Maintain internal records using company software
- Schedule podcast interviews and manage operational follow-ups
Marketing Support
- Research potential customers and community members on Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Assist in developing organic outreach strategies to attrac
