As a Senior Associate in the Acceleration Center - Commercial & Service Excellence (CSX) - Contact Center Operations, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections, anticipate needs,
and embrace increased ambiguity to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand and technical skills.
