Mama Shelter in Mexico City is seeking a senior People & Culture leader responsible for the overall management and administration of our people operations. You will serve as the ambassador of the Mama experience for a team of around 80 talents, ensuring a warm, engaging and supportive workplace.
You will recruit new talent, design a memorable onboarding process, and partner with Heads of Department to drive leadership excellence and daily operations. Fluency in English is required.
