Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the key objective of this role is to provide effective leadership to the Import and Export Coordinators. Doing so you will ensure that all movements of materials and products are done in a safe, timely and cost effect manner.

Continuous Improvement — Eliminate waste and standardize processes with Oracle.
Administration — Lead daily meeting and update internal customer teams
Human Resources — Develop, teach, and coach operatives.

Manage communications within your area, while engaging support as required to maintain standard work.
Ensure that metrics are understood by all Stakeholders and results are maintained and displayed on a timely basis.
Anticipate and resolve irregularities in paperwork required to comply with legal requirements
Work Closely with Production Manager/s and Project Engineers to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with logistic schedules.
