Position Overview

The Recruiter – Automotive Industry will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for automotive manufacturing, engineering, and operational roles across PAC’s client engagements.



This role requires a recruiter with direct experience supporting automotive OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Tier 1 suppliers (ex. Magna, Bosch, Valeo etc.), or manufacturing environments, with the ability to source and engage highly specialized talent within the automotive sector. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and HR stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring of skilled professionals supporting PAC’s integral automotive programs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Source candidates across automotive engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates within the automotive manufacturing and engineering sector.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, industry mapping, and competitor targeting.
