Position SummaryThe Sales Enablement Associate is responsible for supporting the commercial organization by improving sales execution, pipeline visibility, demand planning, inventory monitoring, and operational efficiency.
This role serves as the primary link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure that the commercial team has the information, tools, and processes required to drive sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible role that will help shape the commercial operations of one of Lakeland's fastest-growing regions while working closely with senior leadership and by providing operational support, business analytics, CRM governance, and sales process management.
