Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant,



you will lead workstreams on end-to-end procurement transformation engagements — from diagnostic through design and implementation. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, drive process redesign and technology-adoption, and contribute to proposal development and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement transformation delivery: Lead workstreams on procurement operating model redesign, category strategy development, and source-to-pay process optimization. Define current-state pain points, design future-state processes, and manage implementation of roadmaps with the client PMO.
Stakeholder management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with client procurement leads, CFOs, and business unit heads. Facilitate workshops, present findings to senior audiences, and manage expectations across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
PMO & project governance: Own project tracking, risk
