Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot data center network infrastructure based on CLOS (spine-leaf) topology
Perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance activities on data center switching platforms
Respond to data center network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution within established SLAs
Execute standard change requests following established operational procedures and change management processes
Support data center interconnect (DCI) links and ensure reliable connectivity between facilities
Collaborate with the India operations team on shift handoffs, shared ticket queues, and operational continuity
Partner with the architecture and design team in San Diego to implement approved data center network designs and standards
Maintain accurate documentation including CLOS fabric topology diagrams, cablin
