This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in hotel development, a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects, and a robust industry network. The successful candidate will drive excellence in project execution, ensure alignment with client objectives, and contribute to the growth of our hospitality portfolio in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Direct hotel development projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Governance & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks, processes, and systems throughout the lifecycle.
Planning & Execution: Oversee detailed project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
