ISP Facilities Administrator Role Profile

Purpose of Role
The Facilities Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of the school’s facilities and infrastructure. This role supports a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors by coordinating maintenance services, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and institutional standards.

ISP Facilities Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of school facilities, buildings, and grounds.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure systems.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
