About the RoleWe’re hiring a Full-Stack WordPress Developer to build, optimize, and maintain fast, secure, and conversion-focused WordPress websites. This role works closely with design, SEO, and strategy teams to translate concepts into polished, scalable WordPress builds that perform exceptionally well.




This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values clean code, and takes ownership of performance, stability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using modern, scalable best practices.
- Translate Figma or design files into clean, responsive, and accessible WordPress builds.
- Build and maintain custom post types, templates, and reusable components.
- Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement technical SEO best practices across site structure, templates, and content.
- Manage plugins responsibly with a focus on stability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
