We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff or Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role is adecuado for someone with strong knowledge of US GAAP, solid experience working with US-based companies, and a track record of professional stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion within established deadlines (10-day close cycle)
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP
- Assist in managing accounting operations across multiple entities (supporting 6–7 business units)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Proven experience working with US companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Administration, Economics, or a related field




- Demonstrated job stability and professional commitment
- Experience with ERP systems (Yardi preferred, but not required)

Preferred Experience
- Background in real estate, senior living, hospitality, multi-entity environments, or property accounting
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, particularly for candidates with strong customer service and teamwork skills
