- Job Title: Assistant Licensing Manager, LATAM (Promotions)
- Job Summary: The Assistant Licensing Manager – Latin America will play a key role within the Licensing team, ensuring that projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations are executed with excellence, on time, and in line with business objectives. This role is designed to strengthen the team’s foundation by driving operational efficiency, maintaining accountability across projects, and providing consistent support to internal stakeholders, licensees, and partners.



While the primary focus is project and operational support, this role is also intended as a growth opportunity. The Assistant Licensing Manager will be expected to develop strong knowledge of licensing practices, build relationships with partners, and demonstrate the ability to take on greater responsibilities over time. In the medium term, this position is intended to progress toward managing clients and categories independently, preparing the candidate for future leadership within the Licensing team.
