The Compensation & Benefits Analyst, LATAM will be part of a team that turns insight into action, accelerates excellence,



and contributes meaningfully to how our people experience Netflix across the region.

This role reports to the Director of Compensation & Employee Programs LATAM and will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities:
- Compensation:
- Support the maintenance of market reference ranges for LATAM roles
- Participate in compensation surveys and assess additional market data needs
- Analyze market trends and internal pay positioning to inform hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention decisions
- Contribute to regional compensation initiatives such as annual reviews, pay equity analyses, and tool rollouts
- Perform data analysis and generate insights using scalable tools (e.g., dashboards, reports)
- Benefits:
- Support the design, implementation and administration of LATAM benefits programs across 4 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico)
- Partner with brokers, consultants, insurers, and internal stakeholders
