Senior Compliance Lawyer
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Compliance Lawyer to collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance in executing a robust corporate compliance program. If you’re passionate about regulatory excellence, risk management, and shaping business strategy while protecting brand integrity, this role is for you.

- Monitor, analyze, and interpret the evolving regulatory framework applicable to the financial industry.
- Stay up to date on regulatory developments and advise the business on their impact on current and proposed activities.
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of personal data protection systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws, including the management of data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction).
- Contribute to corporate governance initiatives, including ethics programs, anti-bribery frameworks, and compliance training.
- Support internal and external reviews and audits, with a particular focus on ESG standards.




- Collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.
- Promote a people-focused and ownership-driven culture, encouraging accountability and ethical behavior.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance is embedded across all business processes.

- 7+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory law, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven background in managing financial regulatory frameworks and compliance programs.
- Strong alignment with values of integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
