The Sr Director of Influencer Marketing is the strategic and operational lead of the Influencer function within the Center of Excellence (COE). This role is responsible for defining the influencer vision, establishing best-in-class frameworks, and ensuring excellence in execution across regional and potential general assignments supported by the COE.

As the head of the Influencer capability within the COE, this leader will oversee end-to-end influencer strategy, partnerships, governance, innovation, capability building, and team leadership.



The scope of work may include regional or multi-market initiatives, depending on business needs and client assignments.

The role requires a balance of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct involvement in priority campaigns when necessary. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and market stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact through culturally relevant and commercially effective influencer programs.
