Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervisor

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will be responsible for Group Reporting activities, financial and regulatory reporting, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of critical financial information.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Group Reporting activities and financial reporting deliverables
Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports and regulatory reporting requirements
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting
Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis for leadership teams
Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
Review reports and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
Maintain expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and reporting requirements while monitoring changes in regulations
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
Support payroll-related accounting activities and reporting
