As a Manager, Recruiting at Motive, you will support and help scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting efforts in Mexico, partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Marketing.



This role is adecuado for someone with 2+ years of formal people leadership experience and desires to remain highly hands-on as a player/coach.

You will manage a team of GTM Recruiters in Mexico while also personally owning full-cycle recruiting for priority roles. Our Talent function has made significant progress, and this role plays an important part in continuing to improve execution, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnership as the business grows.

This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.
