We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team
What are we looking for in you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level).
- Sales Team Leadership: Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams, preferably in remote environments.
- Conversion Management: Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates.
- Strategic Operational Planning: Designing quarterly goals (Sales Boulders) and managing high-availability schedules.
- Sales Coaching: Execution of daily training programs based on high-performance methodologies,
