- we are looking for a business process & integration engineer (immediate start – mexico-based or latam) to translate business needs into technical solutions and own delivery end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- this is a fast-track hiring role (2–3 days turnaround) for candidates who are available immediately or within 1 week.
- the role focuses on workflow automation, data integration, apis, etl, and enterprise systems, with emphasis on azure, snowflake, python, sap cpi, and data engineering.
- experience with regrello/blueprints is a plus, but not required. Other workflow automation tools are welcome.

key responsibilities

- gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities
- translate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independently
- design, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrations
- develop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervision
- build integrations using apis, etl, and enterprise tools




- support testing (unit, integration, uat) and fix defects quickly
- troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment
- create technical and process documentation
- own solutions end-to-end with high autonomy

required skills & experience

- 3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering
- hands-on experience with azure (data factory, functions, integrations)
- strong experience with snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing)
- strong python for automation and data processing
- experience with apis, rest, etl, system integrations
- experience with sap cpi (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience)
- full sdlc experience (build, test, deploy, support)
- strong analytical and communication skills
- ability to work independently and deliver quickly
