technical service specialist with previous industrial mechanical experience needed to support industrial doors. This is an on-site role in guadalajara and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.

responsibilities

- interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
- traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
- documenting data obtained during all technical service activities

what we are looking for

- certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience
- three+ years experience in a technical support role, preferable in a manufacturing setting
- working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, vfd drives, plcs and industrial controls
