- support and plans detailed requirements for ongoing microsoft 365 implementation using exchange online.
- support & monitors to maintain the company’s network email system; performs quality and spot checks of system performance.
- manage license usage, forecast license budget and mission critical support contracts.
- understand and assure conformance to itl sla and msp management.
- may participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk.
- interact frequently with subordinate supervisors and functional peer group managers.
