Role Overview
LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the next generation of virtual telehealth infrastructure. We are looking for an AI-First Marketing QA & Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone and quality guardian of our marketing engine. In this role, you will not just manually check copy and coordinate campaigns; you will build and manage AI-driven workflows that do the heavy lifting for you.



You will be responsible for ensuring every piece of marketing collateral—from ad copy and landing pages to email sequences—is flawless, on-brand, and compliant. We expect you to be an AI power user who leverages LLMs and automation tools to scale our marketing operations securely and efficiently.

- AI-Powered Quality Assurance: Design and implement automated QA workflows using AI to review marketing copy for grammar, brand voice consistency, and formatting before deployment.
- Campaign Coordination & Execution: Manage the marketing backlog, ensuring all assets (creative, copy, tracking links) are staged, tested, and deployed flawlessly across digital channels.
