OVERVIEWWe are searching for a Solution Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by SalesCloser.ai are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.
The Solution Engineer provides technical confidence and expertise across the entire customer journey, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales execution. This role is critical to supporting up-market and complex deal cycles, reducing technical churn risk, improving customer adoption and sentiment, and creating a tight feedback loop with Product
You will act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, ensuring AI capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes. In collaboration with the Customer Success Department,
the Solutions Engineer is responsible for the success of SalesCloser.ai.
RESPONSIBILITIESPre-Sales Support• Partner with Sales on technical discovery and solution design• Lead or support product demos for complex or up-market deals• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions• De-risk deals by addressing technical concerns early in the cyclePost-Sales & Customer Success Support• Support CS and Implementation during onboarding and launch• Troubleshoot technical issues impacting adoption or outcomes• Ensure customers maximize value from AI agents and automation• Support renewals and expansions through technical validationProduct & Feedback Loop• Act as a liaison between customers and Product• Surface product gaps, edge cases, and enhancement opportunities• Provide structured feedback informed by real-world usage• Support faster iteration through clear problem framing• Other duties as assigned.
