This role exists because documentation is a key driver of product adoption, operational efficiency, and customer success. The Technical Writer will ensure that complex systems, workflows, and features are translated into clear, user-friendly content that empowers both internal teams and customers to succeed.
What you’ll manage:We’re looking for a Technical Writer who will own the creation, organization, and continuous improvement of Neostella’s documentation ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality content across help centers, SOPs, workflows, release notes, and training materials.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Support, CX, QA, and Training teams to ensure documentation aligns with product
