About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Data Specialist — someone experienced enough to work independently, but still curious and eager to grow.
Your main goal will be to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Finance, Growth, and leadership teams. On a daily basis, you’ll analyze data, build financial models, automate reporting, and explain the story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial data.
- Build and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and scenario models.
- Design dashboards and reports for financial KPIs,



liquidity, burn rate, and unit economicss.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes to reduce manual work.
- Partner with Finance, Growth, and Data teams to answer key business questions.
- Enable real-time visibility into financial performance.

- 2–4 years of experience in financial analytics, data, or similar roles (fintech, banking, startup, or related environments).
