Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA A2D (Asset to Decommission) / Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support an ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will play a key role in the design, configuration, validation, and deployment of S/4HANA Asset Management and Maintenance solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and the project’s Global Template approach. The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, deep knowledge of end-to-end Asset Management and Maintenance processes, and prior exposure to transformation projects using SAP Activate and implementation accelerators. Experience in cement, building materials, manufacturing, utilities, mining, or heavy industries is highly desirable. The resource will work closely with maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams, as well as with functional, technical, and integration teams, to ensure successful migration, adoption,



and stabilization of S/4HANA A2D/PM.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities The SAP A2D / PM Consultant will be responsible for: Leading and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops for Asset Management and Maintenance processes. Supporting the design and validation of the S/4HANA Global Template for A2D/PM. Mapping business requirements from ECC to S/4HANA A2D/PM. Configuring SAP S/4HANA PM according to project standards and best practices, including: Functional locations and equipment structures Maintenance plans and strategies Notification and order types Breakdown and corrective maintenance processes Integration with spare parts and procurement Identifying and documenting gaps, RICEFW requirements, and process changes.
