we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with experience in indirect purchasing and mro environments. The adecuado candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of erp systems, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.

responsibilities

- procurement of mro & indirect materials
- source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives.
- rfqs & negotiation
- lead bidding processes, analyze quotes,



and negotiate pricing and service conditions.
- purchase orders & expediting
- manage requisitions and pos, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- cost optimization & spend analysis
- identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend.

qualifications

- b2 or higher level of english proficiency (spoken and written)
- erp systems (epicor preferred)
- cost analysis & spend management
- rfq / sourcing process management
- understanding of indirect procurement & mro
- strong communication & stakeholder management
