In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation, operation, maintenance, and application of ultrasonic welding equipment and systems.
Analyze electro-mechanical and software-related product concerns and recommend effective corrective actions.
Partner with customers to identify solutions that minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Document technical cases, customer interactions, and recurring product issues within established systems and processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to resolve complex customer challenges.
Support product quality initiatives by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
Escalate highly complex technical matters to Technical Support Engineers when appropriate.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support.
