To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager located inGuadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Sr Director Operations, the role involves directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost,



quality, and delivery requirements.
Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.
Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrates skills in performance management, teaching/leading, counseling and/or mentoring.
