Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations the Industrial Engineering Manager Responsible for managing a team of industrial engineers working on increasing productivity through the management of workers,

Manages a team of engineers and technicians to establish work measurement programs and evaluates work samples to develop standards for labor utilization. Evaluates staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment. May develop management systems for cost reviews, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation Develops management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost reviews, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality.
