Human Resources Manager
Position Objective
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Serve as a key link between management and employees, supporting organizational development, employee engagement, and positive labor relations, while overseeing the overall Human Resources function and ensuring an effective and people-focused work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong operational mindset and deep understanding of manufacturing environments, including production, workforce management, labor relations, absenteeism, turnover, productivity, and organizational needs.
Highly hands-on and business-oriented, with the ability to be actively present and involved in day-to-day operations and workforce matters.
Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness, with the ability to understand business needs quickly,



prioritize effectively, and provide immediate and practical HR solutions.
Ability to partner closely with Operations, Plant Management, and other business leaders, translating business challenges into effective people strategies and actions.
Strong people orientation combined with a results-driven, execution-focused approach.
Proven experience managing and interpreting HR metrics and KPIs, using data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and drive business decisions.
Knowledge and practical experience with HR systems, databases, and HR analytics.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, combined with the ability to execute at the operational level.
Ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization, from shop floor employees to senior leadership.
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, collective labor relations, and HR best
