Provide strategic leadership for all Import & Export activities, ensuring full compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations while supporting business growth, operational continuity, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
Reports To: Plant Manager Direct Reports: 2-7 Employees Level: Management
Define and execute Import & Export strategy.
Lead risk mitigation and business continuity initiatives.
Support launches, expansions, and supply chain transformations.
Trade Compliance & Governance
Own IMMEX, PROSEC,



Annex 24, Annex 30, USMCA/T-MEC, OEA and CTPAT compliance.
Lead compliance reviews and trade risk assessments.
Resolve critical logistics and customs escalations.
Financial & Business Management
Conduct talent reviews and succession planning.
Develop training and engagement programs.
Bachelor's degree in international business, Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
~ Master's degree preferred.
~8-12 years of progressive Import & Export experience.
~Customs Law, IMMEX, PROSEC, Annex 24, Annex 30, USMCA/T-MEC, Rules of Origin, Tariff Classification, Customs Valuation, Incoterms 2020, SAP, Power BI.
