The Role

Collaborate with North America and Latin America colleagues across a variety of actuarial and analytical projects:

- Assisting with reserving calculations for life and non-life products
- Supporting statistical research and data analysis, including collecting and cleaning data, performing exploratory data analysis.
- Helping identifying trends and patterns under the guidance of senior team members
- Contributing to the development of analytics and market strategies through data preparation, and research
- Learning about product development and pricing techniques using different software tools
- Support life insurance financial modeling, including running actuarial models, updating input data and assumptions, testing models, and reviewing results
- Assisting in the preparation of recurrent regulatory reports (Statutory, US GAAP, IFRS and SII) including data preparation, validation,



and documentation

Qualifications

The Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
- 1 year of experience working in Insurance Companies or Data Consulting firms (desirable but not requisite)
- Strong written and verbal English skills and a demonstrated ability to interact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Intermediate-level programming skills in tools such as SQL, VBA, R, Python
- Well organized, committed to quality, proactive and eager to learn, showing resilience
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and communicate information
